The files in this directory are comprised of the NHC adecks and JTWC restricted adecks for 2019-2023, which is the dataset used to reprocess ENCORE for the 2023 paper. 

NOTE: No special care has been taken to treat basin-crossing storms (e.g., an AL -> EP system or an EP -> CP -> WP system). These will be run by the driver as individual adecks in each respective basin unless these have been combined by NHC and/or JTWC.


The NHC adecks came from:
